Ever wonder what an author’s handwritten notes look like? Every author is different, but I personally write 99.9% of my stuff using a computer. I can type much faster than I can write by hand, plus my handwriting is almost illegible, especially if I’m trying to get things quickly out of my brain and onto a piece of paper. However . . . sometimes my computer isn’t handy or I feel like I need to make a note of something right away before I forget. I have a booklet I keep notes in, and the contents look a little crazy, but I strongly suspect most authors have a book just like mine. So here’s a sneak peak at a page from my book, just in case you were curious to see a part of the behind-the-scenes writing process. These are notes I jotted down while writing Welcome to the Darkness (Darkness Trilogy Book One).
